When trying to use the 'restore to inbox function' you will need to specify the 'target connection' as this might have defaulted to "elm - (EWS)"

you'll need to change it to the outlook.office365.com option from the drop down (cryoserver does remember this choice so once its made ones it'll be the default.

You'll also need to enter your password when recovering an email
